A new year as we know it, per the gregorian calendar, with mostly all it's holiday changes from biblical to pagan. That part is always grievous to us because we don't celebrate any of the holidays that have historical roots in paganism...man made traditions.

 Zephaniah 3:18

I will gather you who mourn for the appointed festivals; you will be disgraced no more.

That will be great when we get back on the calendar of the scriptural early church.

Jeremiah 16:19 

the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.

It doesn't get any plainer to help provoke some serious study, responses and change. That is the road we took. We found that GOD has not changed HIS reckoning of time or how HE wants to be worshipped. There is no scripture that says HE is no longer the Passover Lamb or that the church is not to recognize the Feast of Shavuot/Pentecost..the birth of the body of messiah/church.  This is future:  Zechariah 14:16  Then the survivors from all the nations (Gentiles) that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD Almighty, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. THese Feast are ALL About HIM alone. We can't say that about the pagan rooted celebrations. What GOD HIMSELF has created alone to reveal himself to the world is perfect and set apart for HIM ALONE!  We can't find the pagan celebrations in the Bible anywhere and that should be the reason why we don't celebrate them. With those words said: We are enjoying family so much! Hope is growing up way to fast and learning tons as her interest takes her new places to explore. She is a funny little person, but has a huge Temper that she is learning to give over to GOD. She has such a repentant heart which is the greatest thing to see in a person and to get to witness. She has been enjoying learning to cook and help in the kitchen. She has had fun sewing for her dolls. I can't wait to get to know who she is better. Each day now she is showing us more and more who she is, that little person inside, and she is beautiful for HIM...her Messiah! She loves to worship him in the biblical form of dance worship. She has never taken this out of context. She loves to sing to her Messiah. What a beautiful sound to HIS ears....she also has a sweet voice. Hope is doing well and I am trying to learn how to be the best parent. She is HIS fragile little flower and I don't want to damage it in anyway. It is a HUGE job to keep all of this good and right. BUT I love working it out each and every day! Thank you GOD for this chance to love and Parent HOPE. We are looking forward to enduring the winter on the farm and all that entails with animals to take care of outside and firewood to keep stacked. We are having a great time with our small group family and it has been a greater experience than we could have ever imagined. We are fed in more ways than one. They are all great people of GOD!!!!  We are still not completely moved in. We still have boxes in the garage, but I have done alot. It has been over a year with this whole project and emotionally I am just surfacing with a feeling of calm once again.  We are still dealing with the attorneys to try and come to an agreement on our law suite against our inspection company. For me that raises the stress level high again. Praying thru that now. But I am looking forward to cutting thru this and getting some resolve. Putting this to behind me.  Over-all I am looking forward to what GOD has for us as each new day arrives faithfully. Trying to take advantage of the time I have been given to make a huge impact on Hope and my Husband to Glorify my Y'shua/Jesus.  We find ALL that we have need of in HIM ALONE!!!
